My kale chip recipe
I may have just created a new addiction for you
Ingredients:
1 bunch of kale 15 ml camelina oil or oil of your choice Pink Himalayan salt Pepper

Preparation:
Preheat convection oven* to 275°F (or conventional to 300°F) Slice the kale into strips In a bowl, coat the strips with pink salt, pepper -other spices of your choice- and camelina oil Place on a baking sheet large enough so the kale is well spread out and bake for 12 to 20 minutes or until the kale is crispy and still green **Careful, if the kale turns black, it is overcooked; it will then be a bit bitter. It is best to start checking for doneness after 12 minutes, and remove the strips as they become crispy** Kale chips keep in an airtight container for about 1 week Pst: they will probably be eaten in less than a weekHealth is a lifestyle
