My dried chickpea recipe
My dried chickpea recipe
I used to buy them already prepared, but I realized that it is more economical to cook them yourself, in addition to not containing any preservatives or cane sugar. A snack full of dietary fiber, plant-based protein, convenient and, above all, too easy to prepare. You can also add them to your salads to give them a crunchy touch.

Ingredients:
* 1 can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained * 1 tbsp camelina oil * 2 tbsp spices of your choice (for my part, I mixed pink Himalayan salt, chives, black pepper, curry powder, garlic powder & smoked paprika)

Preparation:
*Mix all the spices together in a large bowl *Add the chickpeas and camelina oil & mix everything *Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper *Bake in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 40-50 minutes, taking care to stir the chickpeas every 10 minutes for even cooking Bon appétitHealth is a lifestyle
