Ma recette de popsicle protéiné vanille & fruits des champs ☺️🍡

My vanilla & mixed berry protein popsicle recipe ☺️🍡

OK… this is D-E-F-I-N-I-T-E-L-Y my favorite summer recipe ☺️ 🍡

We very often associate famous popsicles with a snack that is too sugary and not very nutritious. This recipe is the exact opposite. With only 6 ingredients and no added sugar, this recipe can be prepared with lactose-free Greek yogurt for those who are intolerant.

Here are the ingredients for 6 to 8 vanilla & mixed berry popsicles (depending on the size of the molds):

1 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp liquid vanilla
¾ cup berries
1/4 cup mixed oat flakes & almonds
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
Stevia – optional –

Preparation:

Start by mixing the Greek yogurt with the vanilla and stevia.
Pour the yogurt into the molds while adding the fruit.
Make sure to leave a little room for the granola.
Mix the granola with the melted coconut oil and add it to the molds.

Leave them in the freezer for at least 5 hours before serving.

Note: Make sure to use GREEK yogurt to increase the protein content of your snack compared to regular yogurt. You will stay full longer and thus prevent energy crashes.

Enjoy with pleasure 🍡

Health is a lifestyle ☺️
