Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
- Fill a bowl with ice water.
- Add the Swiss chard leaves to the boiling water for 2 minutes.
- Remove the leaves and plunge them into the ice water for 20 seconds.
- Place the leaves on paper towels to absorb excess water.
- In a bowl, mash your chosen protein and mix with the mayonnaise, Dijon, Bragg’s sauce, Sriracha, and cilantro to taste.
- Place two Swiss chard leaves on a cutting board, in opposite directions, so that the wide, flat ends overlap in the middle.
- Place 1/2 of the protein mixture, carrots, red cabbage, avocado slices, and julienned cucumber in the center, leaving space around the edges of the leaves.
- Roll up like a burrito, slice down the middle on a diagonal, and serve immediately.
- Repeat with the other 2 leaves to make your 2nd wrap.
Enjoy! Health is a lifestyle!
