Duo Focus Dosage:
Liquid GPC: 1 pipette, 2X per day (1 pipette on an empty stomach upon waking AND 1 pipette before dinner). = 600mg total
Acetyl-L-Carnitine: 2 capsules on an empty stomach upon waking AND 1 to 2 capsules before dinner

Liquid GPC:
GPC is the most effective choline donor, which is the precursor to acetylcholine (a neurotransmitter linked to memory and concentration). GPC goes directly to the brain (good conductivity) because it crosses the blood-brain barrier, which is crucial for proper brain function.

There may be a decline in acetylcholine caused by aging and menopause (due to a drop in estrogen).

It is a supplement studied for Alzheimer's disease and is also used for ADD.
GPC therefore promotes memory and supports mental concentration as well as reaction time in the elderly and the young.

Acetyl L-Carnitine:
Acetyl L-Carnitine is one of the most studied brain nutrients with a proven ability to improve mental energy. Research shows that Acetyl-L-Carnitine (ALC) energizes the brain, increases the levels of chemical neurotransmitters necessary for memory, concentration, and learning, and repairs damage caused to brain cells by stress and poor nutrition. Combining the 2 together (GPC and Acetyl-L-Carnitine) increases acetylcholine even further.
