FloraMyces™ is a special, non-GMO, freeze-dried strain of Saccharomyces boulardii, isolated from Lychee fruit. Unlike other products containing this organism, FloraMyces™ is dairy-free and lactose-free and does not require refrigeration. The benefits of this source may include broader bioactivity and increased protection of the digestive mucosa. Furthermore, this strain has been the most studied for its effectiveness in preventing antibiotic-associated diarrhea and as a general supplement for optimal gastrointestinal health.
