TRIO SPM
PMS KIT
2-month supply for the Inflammatone supplement, AND 4 months for B-Supreme.
Total of 2 bottles of Inflammatone and 2 bottles of B-Supreme per kit = 4 bottles
Inflammatone:
A concentrated synergistic formula of ingredients with anti-inflammatory benefits that have been proven effective for pain relief.
The ginger present in the Inflammatone supplement has been the subject of numerous studies regarding premenstrual syndrome (PMS). It has been proven to reduce symptom intensity, whether emotional, physical, or mood-related.
The curcumin in this supplement offers several benefits, notably anti-inflammatory properties and neurotransmitter modulation.
It is important to take this supplement on an empty stomach, contrary to what is indicated on the label.
B-Supreme:
B-Supreme contains active, methylated forms of B vitamins in therapeutic doses, which distinguishes it from many other products containing B vitamins. For example, vitamin B12 is present as methylcobalamin, which is directly usable by the body. Furthermore, folate is in the form of 5-MTHF (5-methyltetrahydrofolate), the methylated form of vitamin B9, which facilitates its absorption and optimizes its efficacy.
In a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study of women with premenstrual syndrome, it was demonstrated that women who took 100mg of vitamin B1 (thiamine) for 2 months had a reduction in physical and mental PMS symptoms compared to the placebo group.
Vitamin B6 has also been studied in numerous trials for PMS, and the results of one such study show that pyridoxine (B6) has a significant effect on the reduction of emotional symptoms (depression, irritability, and fatigue) at a dosage of 50 mg per day (the dosage in B-Supreme).
People are often very deficient in B vitamins, and these vitamins help with stress resilience. B-Supreme promotes better methylation, as hypomethylation is linked to several health issues (cardiovascular health, inflammation, cognitive decline, depression, anxiety, obesity, muscle weakness, fatigue, etc.).
The TMG and choline used in this formula are also two important ingredients for effective methylation.
