Ingredients for the salad (2 servings):
- 2 cups of greens of your choice (arugula, kale, spinach, romaine)
- 250 grams of smoked salmon
- 1 cup of sliced Quebec strawberries
- 2 cups of vegetables of your choice (I chose green zucchini, carrots, spiralized beets)
- 3 tbsp goat cheese, crumbled
- 1 small avocado, sliced
Preparation:
- Place all ingredients in 2 large salad bowls

Ingredients for the vinaigrette:
- 1/4 cup Maison Orphée olive oil
- 4 tsp red or white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- Pink salt and pepper
Preparation for the vinaigrette:
- Pour all ingredients into a glass jar with a lid (Mason jar or reused jar).
- Shake for a few seconds until smooth and combined.
- Pour the vinaigrette over the salad. If you have too much, refrigerate the rest of the vinaigrette and use it the next day.

Bon appétit! Health is a way of life!
