HEALTHY OREO cookies

Cookies:

- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ½ cup almond flour
Cream filling:
- 2 oz Ghee, softened, or use unsalted butter or coconut oil

- Add the baking soda, cocoa powder, and almond flour, and mix with a spatula to form a dough.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.

- Cut out 1 1/2-inch circles.
- Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 275 degrees.
For the cream filling:
- Mix the cream *faux-mage* and the 2 tbsp of softened Ghee (or butter or coconut oil).
